Or a way to recover/reset your password if you created your account by connecting it to your Facebook account. Maybe add an option to let people login using their phone number or something, too. I can’t set up a new account either because I only have one phone number and it says it’s already in use. I have a couple thousand points that I can’t access. I’m not trying to, that’s just the only option it gives when it comes back from “logging in via Facebook”. I explained this to DQ’s customer service and they told me not to create a new account.
When I enter my info to “verify it’s correct” it tells me that the phone number is already in use. I’ve been trying that but it still takes me though the steps of creating a new account when it comes back to the app from trying to log in via Facebook. I have tried reach out to DQ’s customer service and they told me I created my account by connecting it to my Facebook account and I should use that option to log in.
